These Tahini Brownies are a decadent, chocolatey healthy dessert. The tahini makes them extra moist and no refined sugar keeps them lower in carbs.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup cocoa powder 22g
- ½ cup oat flour or gluten free flour 77g
- 1 teaspoon baking powder 5g
- ¼ teaspoon salt 1g
- 150 grams of semi-sweet baking chocolate
- ¼ cup coconut oil 60g
- ⅓ cup coconut sugar or brown sugar 48g
- ¼ cup tahini 64g
- 1 large banana mashed 115g
- 3 large eggs room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- For the swirl:
- ¼ cup tahini 64g

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Spray an 8 x 8 inch baking pan with coconut oil.
- Add the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt to a large bowl.
- Place the chocolate, coconut oil, and coconut sugar in a microwavable bowl (or in a double boiler)
- Microwave at 30 second intervals stirring often until melted and smooth (about 2 minutes total)
- Then whisk in ¼ cup of tahini.
- Next whisk in the banana, eggs, and vanilla.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the cocoa powder mixture and mix well.
- Place the batter into the prepared baking pan.
- Add several dollops around the top of the batter with the other ¼ cup of tahini.
- Then using a butter knife, swirl the tahini around lightly to create a pattern.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Cool for 20 minutes minimum before cutting into 16 squares.
