  • 4 plantain ripe
  • vegetable oil , for frying

Instructions

  1. Peel the plantains, and cut them into diagonal slices about ¼ inch ( 3-4mm) thick.
  2. Heat a large pan of oil, and fry the plantain slices over medium-high heat until golden brown.
  3. Serve straight away.
