Description
This spritz starts by rimming the glass with lemon and coarse Himalayan pink salt to add a salty edge that balances the drink’s sweetness. Ingredients
- himalayan pink salt crushed, for the rum
- 3 strawberries chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- 1 ounce tequila silver
- 4 ounces rosé wine
- strawberries fresh, for garnish
- peaches frozen, slices, for garnish
Instructions
- Rim your glass with a slice of lemon and dip it in the coarse salt.
- In the bottom of the glass, muddle the strawberries, lemon juice and honey until the strawberries are completely crushed. Add a bit of crushed ice. Pour in the tequila and muddle a bit more. Top with the rosé, add in the strawberries and frozen peach slices and serve!
