A bright and bubbly Texas ranch water cocktail made with tequila, lime juice, and Topo Chico is perfect to beat the summer heat!

Ingredients
- 3 ounces tequila blanco
- ½ ounce lime juice fresh
- Pinch salt
- 3 ounces sparkling mineral water brand Topo Chico
- lime wedge
Instructions
- Set out a highball glass or tumbler. Fill half full with ice.
- Pour the tequila and lime juice into the glass. Add a pinch of salt. Stir well.
- Add the sparkling mineral water and stir again. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Notes
- Add extra salt or mineral water if desired.
