Texas Roadhouse Seasoned Rice
Description
Texas Roadhouse Seasoned Rice combines long-grain rice, low-sodium beef stock, and Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning in a baking dish for a hands-off preparation. Butter is sliced and placed over the rice before covering the dish with foil and baking at 425°F. Cooking covered steams the rice thoroughly, while removing the foil for the final 15 minutes develops a light crust on top.
Once finished, fresh chopped parsley is stirred through to add color and a mild herby note. The result is a fluffy, well-seasoned rice with layered savory flavors from the beef stock and Creole seasoning. This dish makes a hearty accompaniment to meats or spicy dishes, providing a mellow but flavorful rice option.
This recipe requires only an oven and a baking dish, making it convenient for preparing seasoned rice without stovetop attention. Serving immediately preserves its texture and flavor at their best.
