Ingredients
- 2-3 garlic minced, cloves
- 1/4 /4 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger fresh
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1 Tablespoon rice vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 Tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil flavorless
- red pepper flakes optional, dash
- 4 cups kale chopped, dino
- 1 cup broccoli chopped
- 2 carrot ribboned, medium
- 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
- 1 cup snap peas chopped
- 1/2 /2 cup green onions sliced
- 1/2 /2 cup peanuts
- 1/4 /4 cup cilantro chopped
Instructions
- Whisk together garlic, soy sauce, ginger, honey, rice vinegar, peanut butter, sesame oil, flavorless oil, and red pepper flakes.
- Toss together all the vegetables and toss with dressing. I start tossing the salad with about half of the salad dressing and add more according to taste.
Notes
- Store any leftover dressing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week and a half.
