Thai Peanut Chicken Naan Pizza

This easy naan pizza recipe is made in under 30 minutes with Thai peanut chicken, red onion, pineapple & mozzarella for a delicious combination of flavors!

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Thai Peanut Sauce
- ½ lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
- ½ cup Thai Peanut Sauce
- 2 pieces Naan
- ½ cup red onion thinly sliced
- ½ cup pineapple slices
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- ½ cup carrots shredded
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
- 2 tbsp green onions chopped
- 2 tbsp peanuts crushed
- 1 lime cut into wedges
Other optional toppings
- red bell pepper
- bean sprouts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Spread 2 tbsp peanut sauce on the chicken.
- Grill the chicken on a grill pan or indoor grill.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and dice.
- Spread the remaining ½ cup peanut sauce equally between the two pieces of naan.
- Top with the grilled chicken, red onion, pineapple and mozzarella cheese.
- Place in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and top with the shredded carrots, green onions, cilantro and peanuts.
- Slice and serve with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the naan pizza.
