  • ¼ cup marcona almonds with truffle
  • ¼ cup cashews
  • ¼ cup dried apricot
  • 1 small apricot bread French
  • 1 pint grapes dark
  • 6-8 figs fresh
  • rosemary a few sprigs
  • sage a few sprigs
  • ¼ cup fig preserves
  • 4-6 oz salami

Instructions

  1. Assemble all ingredients.
  2. On a large wooden board, start arranging ingredients in clusters by category. Alternate high and low items.
