  • 2 red apples sliced
  • 2 green apples sliced
  • 2 orange sliced
  • 1 ½ cup cranberries 160g
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 3 cinnamon stick
  • 4 cups apple cider
  • 1 ¾ cups ginger ale 400 ml

Instructions

  1. Layer sliced apples, oranges, cranberries, pumpkin spice and cinnamon sticks in a large pitcher.
  2. Pour the apple cider and ginger ale over the fruits and stir with a wooden spoon to combine.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  4. Add ice cubes to the pitcher just before serving.
  5. Pour into individual glasses.

Notes

  • Achieve the perfect blend of sweet and tart by adjusting the ratios of apple cider, cranberry, and citrus juices to suit your taste.
  • Elevate presentation by garnishing glasses with cinnamon-sugar rims or a sprinkle of ground nutmeg. A cinnamon stick stirrer adds both flair and flavor.
  • To avoid diluting the punch as ice melts, consider freezing apple cider or cranberry juice into ice cubes ahead of time. These cubes will keep the punch cold while maintaining its flavor.
  • Get creative with additional ingredients such as pomegranate seeds, pear slices, or a splash of sparkling wine for a unique twist on traditional Thanksgiving punch.
