Ingredients
- 1 top round steak
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar

- 1 tbsp parsley fresh chopped
- 1 tbsp oregano fresh chopped
- ½ tbsp thyme fresh
- 2 tsp salt sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper ground
Instructions
- Mince garlic in a small bowl, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, paprika, parsley, oregano, and thyme.
- Place steak into a casserole dish and pour marinade over the top.
- Cover, and place in the fridge for 2-3 hours. (If you are in a pinch 30 minutes minimum)
- Remove steak from the fridge and let come to room temp (this should take about 20 minutes.)
- Preheat air fryer to 450 degrees.
- Cook 7 minutes each side.
- Remove from heat and let rest 10 minutes before serving.
- Cut pieces at an angle to serve.
