Protein Biscoff balls made with Biscoff cookie butter are topped with a delicious chocolate sauce and toasted coconut. It's a healthy indulgent treat packed with protein. They're perfect for guilt free snacking.

Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups rolled oats
- 1 scoop plant based vanilla protein
- ⅔ cup Biscoff spread
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons almond milk
- ¼ cup Crushed biscoff cookies optional
- ¼ cup Toasted Coconut
- chocolate sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter or coconut oil melted
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1-2 teaspoons water
Instructions
- In a food processor add the rolled oats, protein powder, biscoff spread, maple syrup, cinnamon, and almond milk. Blend until combined and the texture can easily be rolled into balls.
- Roll the biscoff protein mixture into small balls and set aside on a plate. Optional: Roll the balls onto crushed biscoff cookies for added texture and flavor.
- Cover the plate with plastic wrap and place the protein biscoff balls into the refrigerator to let set.
Make the Chocolate Sauce
- In a small bowl melt the butter. Stir in the powdered sugar, and cocoa powder. As the mixture thickens, stir in 1 teaspoon of water at a time to thin the sauce enough to be drizzled.
Finish the Protein Bites
- Remove the protein bites from the fridge. Drizzle the chocolate sauce over the top. Then, top with toasted coconut. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
