This frozen corn recipe is buttery deliciousness. Add to salads, soups, or simply make as a side. So good you'll never go back to canned!

Ingredients
- 16 ounces frozen corn
- 4 tablespoons salted butter
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Add to Shopping List
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a medium-sized skillet.
- Cook over medium-high heat for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is thoroughly heated.
- If desired, season with additional salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- Avoid overcooking the corn. It should be cooked until just hot. Overcooking can make the corn gummy.
