The best Potato Salad Recipe you'll ever make!

This potato salad features boiled potatoes combined with crispy bacon, fresh arugula, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, and freshly cracked black pepper. It blends creamy and savory elements with peppery greens and smoky bacon bits for a balanced side dish often enjoyed in picnics or barbecues.

Description

The best Potato Salad Recipe you'll ever make begins by boiling potatoes like fingerlings or Yukon gold until cooked through but still firm. Cooling them in the refrigerator firms their texture. Crispy cooked bacon is crumbled into large pieces, adding smoky saltiness. Fresh arugula contributes a slight peppery bite and freshness.

Just before serving, the cooled potatoes are mixed with arugula, mayonnaise for creaminess, shaved parmesan for savory depth, bacon, and coarsely ground black pepper to taste. The salad balances textures: tender potatoes, crunchy bacon, crisp greens, and creamy dressing.

This salad is best served chilled and can be adjusted in seasoning and mayonnaise content to preferred taste. The inclusion of parmesan cheese and arugula distinguishes this potato salad from more traditional versions.
