- 16 oz chicken breast two or three chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
- 1 tbsp 21 Seasoning Salute or any other chickne seasoning, Trader Joe's brand
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper ground
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F. Coat all sides of the chicken breast with oil and seasoning.
- Place the chicken into the air fryer, leaving space in between each one. Air Fry for 10 minutes.
- Flip the chicken and air fry again for 5-8 more minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Enjoy!
