A powerhouse green smoothie full of berries, banana, orange juice, and spinach. A healthy start to the day!

Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup strawberries approx 6-8
- 1 banana frozen if possible
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 cup orange juice or Almond Milk
- 1/2 cup water
- ice
- 6 ounces Greek yogurt OPTIONAL
Instructions
- Blend blueberries, strawberries, banana, spinach, orange juice, water, and ice until smooth. Add optional greek yogurt.
- **Use frozen fruit, if possible. Freeze bananas by peeling them and placing them in freezer bags.
