This Hummus Lunch Box is a cold lunch classic. With almost zero prep work, this is the fastest, easiest no-cook lunch around.

  • 1 cucumber $1.29
  • 2 pita bread $0.66
  • 1 cup hummus $1.95
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes $1.99
  • 1 oz. jar kalamata olives $2.15

Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumber and cut the pita bread into triangles.
  2. Divide the hummus, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, and pita triangles between four containers. Refrigerate up to 5 days.
