If you love Girl Scout cookies, you’re going to love this Thin Mint protein shake! It tastes like dessert but is packed with over 20 grams of protein. Perfect as a post-workout treat or a satisfying dessert.

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ frozen banana in chunks
- 1 coop chocolate protein powder or mint chocolate, I used Truvani mint chocolate
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
- ¼ teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1 cup Ice cubes 100 grams
- 1 teaspoon chocolate chips I used Lily’s chocolate chips
Instructions
- Add all ingredients, except for the chocolate chips to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add chocolate chips & pulse for a few seconds.
- Pour into a glass. Top with more chocolate chips and/or a melted chocolate drizzle.
Notes
- Make-ahead: Blend all the ingredients (except the chocolate chips), then store the shake in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Give it a good shake or stir before drinking.
