  • 1 pkg halloumi cheese 250 grams
  • 2 medium shallot peeled and quartered
  • 1.5 medium lemon scrubbed and cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp za’atar spice mix
