Tikka Masala Meatballs
Report
These Tikka Masala Meatballs are made using the High Protein Beef Meatball recipe and a few store bought ingredients to make a meal prep recipe that you can throw together in literally seconds.
Share:
Ingredients
- 10 high protein beef meatballs
- 2 cups frozen rice or precooked
- 2 cups frozen broccoli
- ¼ cup tikka masala sauce
Instructions
For the Bowls
- This is one of the easiest meal prep recipes you will ever come across with the help of the High Protein Beef Meatballs that are hopefully in Snack City in your freezer. I used frozen rice and vegetables for speed.
- Into each dish add 142g of frozen rice, 100g of frozen broccoli, 5 meatballs, and 75g of tikka masala sauce.
- Place the lids over the dishes and put the meals into the fridge.
