Tomato Avocado Cucumber Salad
Description
Tomato Avocado Cucumber Salad combines medium tomatoes, large radishes, ripe avocados, English cucumber, and thinly sliced red onion. These vegetables are cut into bite-sized pieces to create a variety of textures and fresh flavors.
The dressing is a simple blend of olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper whisked together and drizzled over the vegetables. The salad is gently tossed to coat all ingredients evenly, allowing the acidity and oil to balance the creamy avocado and crunchy vegetables.
Fresh chopped parsley is used as a garnish, adding color and a mild herbal freshness. The salad is served immediately to preserve the firmness of the vegetables and prevent the avocado from browning.
