Tomato Basil Feta Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 pound pizza dough homemade or store bought
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- black pepper freshly ground, to taste
- 1/2 cup cherry tomato halved
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers sliced
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives sliced
- 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
- 2 tablespoons basil chopped, fresh
- balsamic glaze for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475° F.
- Stretch or roll the pizza dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the top of the dough. Sprinkle the minced garlic, salt, and pepper over the oiled pizza dough.
- Top the dough with the cherry tomatoes, roasted red peppers, olives, and feta.
- Bake on the middle rack of the oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Remove the pizza from the oven and top with the basil and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
