Tortilla Roll Ups

Report
Tortilla Roll Ups blend softened cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, green chiles, green onions, and spices rolled inside flour tortillas then chilled before slicing. The filling mixes creamy and tangy textures with a mild kick and fresh onion notes. Sliced into small rounds, the roll ups make flavorful bite-sized snacks or party appetizers.

Description

Tortilla Roll Ups combine cream cheese and sour cream beaten smooth, then mixed with shredded cheddar, drained diced green chiles, chopped green onions, chili powder, and garlic powder for balanced flavor and texture. This creamy filling contrasts with the soft tortillas used to encase it.

After spreading evenly on each flour tortilla, the mixture is rolled tightly and refrigerated for at least two hours to firm up. Chilling allows the ingredients to meld and helps the roll ups hold their shape when sliced into ¾-inch rounds, making them suitable for serving as handheld snacks or with salsa.

The roll ups offer a creamy, mildly spicy filling with fresh onion brightness from green onions. They present an easy make-ahead option for gatherings or casual snacking where bite-sized convenience is desired.

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days, preserving freshness and flavor.
