Ingredients

  • 2 pound tater tots cooked, in bag
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 black beans drained, canned
  • 1 chunky salsa or Fresh Cravings Restaurant Style Salsa, brand: Fresh Cravings, in container
  • 1-2 jalapeno pepper sliced
  • guacamole homemade
  • 1 cup sour cream or crema
  • cilantro chopped, fresh; for serving
  • hot sauce chopped, fresh; for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook your tator tots according to the packaging instructions. Add your cooked tater tots to a large oven-safe pan and cover with black beans and shredded cheddar cheese.
  2. Bake at 425 degrees F for 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is nicely melted.
  3. Cool slightly, then top with guacamole, jalapeno slices, sour cream or crema, Fresh Cravings Chunky Salsa and fresh herbs. Serve with hot sauce on the side.
  4. Enjoy!
