Tri Tip Marinade

This Tri Tip Marinade combines soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, and a blend of seasonings to tenderize and flavor the meat. The mixture infuses the tri tip with savory and tangy notes, balanced with a hint of sweetness from brown sugar. Simple to prepare, the marinade suits grilling, broiling, or pan cooking, offering versatility in how you finish the meat.

Description

The Tri Tip Marinade blends soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, Italian seasoning, and spices with brown sugar for a balanced flavor profile. Marinating the tri tip for at least one hour allows the acid and savory elements to penetrate the meat, enhancing tenderness and flavor. Cooking methods such as grilling, broiling, or pan frying develop a seasoned crust while keeping the interior juicy. Slicing against the grain after resting helps maintain tenderness.

This marinade works well for outdoor grilling or indoor cooking and suits any meal where a flavorful roast beef is desired. The lemon juice adds brightness, balancing the saltiness from soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Garlic and Italian seasoning provide depth and herbal notes.
