Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk or milk of your choice
  • 1 cup berries I used blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries, frozen
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup spinach or kale, leaves
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
