Triple Chocolate Cookies

Triple Chocolate Cookies combine cocoa powder, semisweet, milk, and white chocolate chips for a rich, multilayered chocolate experience. The dough is creamy and dense, chilled briefly to hold shape during baking, resulting in cookies with soft centers and slightly set edges, delivering a balanced texture and deep chocolate flavor.

Description

The recipe starts by creaming butter with white and brown sugars, then adding eggs and vanilla extract for moisture and aroma. Dry ingredients including flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt are mixed separately before gently folding into the wet mixture, ensuring even chocolate distribution without overworking.

Chocolate chips of three varieties are folded in to give bursts of distinct chocolate richness throughout the cookies. After chilling the dough to tighten it up, scoops are placed on parchment-lined sheets and baked at 350°F for 8-10 minutes. The baking time allows the edges to firm while keeping the centers soft and moist.

The result is cookies that balance sweetness and cocoa bitterness, with varied chocolate textures from the chips. They're suitable for casual snacking or dessert and store well when kept in a sealed container to maintain softness.
