This Tropical Chia Pudding is easy to whip up the night before breakfast and is vibrantly delicious (and healthy!).

Ingredients
Pudding:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup coconut milk normal or light, divided
- 1 cup Greek yogurt plain, any percentage
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chia seeds black or white
Tropical Purée:
- 1 1/2 cups Mango roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup pineapple roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp lime juice fresh
Optional garnishs:
- 1 tbsp coconut shredded
- 1 tsp lime zest
