Smoothies are nutritious and fun for kids of almost any age to help prepare with you, and they're also a great use of any fruit you have laying around that may be overripe and otherwise going to waste.

Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk (canned is fine)
- 1/3 cup plain or greek yogurt
- 1 banana (frozen if you want it extra creamy!)
- 1 cup pineapple, cubed (frozen if you want)
- 2 tablespoons agave or honey
- hand full of ice (omit if using frozen banana or pineapple)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
- Serve.

- *Do not add honey for children under 12 months.
