This fresh and fruity tropical green smoothie is made with mango, pineapple and a little kick of ginger.

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 cup Mango (fresh or frozen, cubed)
- 1 cup pineapple (fresh or frozen, cubed)
- 2 inch-piece ginger (thinly sliced)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 cups dark leafy greens (such as kale, spinach, cilantro, parsley)
- 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
- 1 cup water
- ice (to taste)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and puree until smooth. Add ice to thicken until you've reached desired consistency. Pour between four glasses to serve.
