  • 1 cup store-bought mayonnaise*
  • 1 tablespoon black truffle oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice, plus more to taste
  • 1 garlic clove, finely grated
  • kosher salt
  • freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add mayo, truffle oil, lemon juice and garlic to a medium bowl, whisking to combine. Season to taste with salt, pepper and more lemon juice. Flavors should be rich and bold. Store aioli in fridge for up to 2 weeks.
