Turkey and Cheese Sliders

Report
Turkey and Cheese Sliders use soft Hawaiian dinner rolls filled with deli turkey and mozzarella cheese, brushed with garlic butter, and baked until warm and lightly browned. The sliders combine tender rolls with melted cheese and turkey slices, offering a simple handheld sandwich option. The garlic butter enhances the crust with subtle savory flavor.

Description

This easy recipe slices Hawaiian dinner rolls horizontally to create sandwich bottoms and tops. The bottoms are layered with sliced deli turkey and mozzarella cheese before replacing the tops. A mixture of melted butter and garlic salt is brushed evenly over the assembled sliders to infuse them with flavor and help brown the exterior during baking.

The sliders bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until the cheese melts and the rolls develop a light golden-brown crust. After a brief cooling period, the sliders are separated into individual sandwiches, making them easy to serve and eat.

These sliders are flexible; the turkey and cheese combination can be substituted to suit personal preferences. They can be eaten warm or cold, fitting well for casual meals, parties, or picnics.
