Turkey Burgers

Turkey Burgers are made from lean ground turkey combined with seasoned breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and fresh parsley to add flavor and moisture. The patties are grilled or pan-cooked until cooked through, then served on hamburger buns with toppings like lettuce and tomato for a wholesome, protein-rich sandwich option.

Description

This recipe mixes ground turkey with Italian seasoned breadcrumbs and an egg for binding. Garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, kosher salt, black pepper, and chopped fresh parsley give the patties a savory, aromatic quality. The mixture is gently formed into four even patties to ensure uniform cooking.

The burgers are cooked over medium-high heat on a grill or stovetop pan for about 5 to 6 minutes per side until fully cooked. Brushing with vegetable oil before cooking helps prevent sticking and adds some moisture to the surface. The result is a juicy, flavorful turkey burger that holds together well.

Once cooked, the patties are placed on hamburger buns and can be topped with typical accompaniments such as lettuce, tomato, avocado, and red onion for added freshness and texture. These burgers serve as a leaner alternative to beef while maintaining satisfying flavor and a tender bite.
