Turkey Meatballs

These Turkey Meatballs combine ground turkey with Italian-style breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, and a blend of garlic and onion seasonings. Baked in the oven until cooked through, they offer a tender, well-seasoned meatball suitable for pairing with pasta and marinara sauce. The recipe yields about 15 meatballs, ideal for a family meal or leftovers.

Description

Turkey Meatballs are made by mixing ground turkey with Italian breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion powder, garlic salt with parsley flakes, and Italian seasoning. Milk and beaten egg are added to bind the ingredients, ensuring moistness and structure. The mixture is formed into uniform balls, about a quarter cup each, and baked at 375°F on a greased sheet until the internal temperature reaches 165°F, ensuring safe doneness.

The meatballs bake to tender, flavorful bites with the Parmesan cheese adding a subtle savory note. They can be served alongside pasta with marinara or included in other meatball recipes requiring baked meatballs. The garlic and onion seasonings provide a gentle aromatic foundation without overpowering the turkey.
