Turkey Noodle Soup

This Slow Cooker Turkey Noodle Soup is the ultimate comfort food. Tender turkey, carrots, onion, and celery slow cook in a flavorful broth before adding thick noodles and cream to make a delicious hearty soup right in the slow cooker.

Ingredients

  • 3-4 cups turkey cooked, shredded
  • 4 carrot peeled and chopped
  • 3 celery peeled and chopped, stalks
  • 1 onion diced, small
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 24 ounces noodle frozen
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. To your slow cooker add the turkey, carrots, celery, onion, chicken broth, poultry seasoning, garlic powder and salt.
  2. Slow cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
  3. After the cook time add the noodles and heavy cream, cover and cook another hour or until the noodles are tender.
  4. Serve!
