  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoons thyme dried
  • 1 teaspoons rosemary dried
  • 1 teaspoon sage dried
  • ½-1 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional, for spicy

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Rinse and dry your turkey, then rub the turkey rub spices into the turkey, including underneath the skin and inside the bird's cavity. Use oil or butter if you’d like.
  3. Prepare your turkey as desired.
