Turkey Salad
Description
Turkey Salad brings together diced cooked turkey with finely chopped celery, red onion, and parsley. The dressing, made by whisking mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper, adds a creamy and slightly tangy coating that ties the ingredients together.
The textures balance between tender turkey chunks and crisp vegetables, while the dressing adds smoothness and a mild zing from the lemon and mustard. Tossing gently prevents the turkey from breaking down and keeps the salad fresh and structured.
This salad can be served chilled or at room temperature, making it versatile for sandwiches, wraps, or as a side dish. It's suitable for making ahead and storing briefly in the refrigerator for easy meals.
