  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 ounces cheddar cheese sliced, provolone or mozzarella
  • 1 medium tomato sliced
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • 6-8 lices turkey or 4 slices leftover turkey, deli sliced
  • ¼ cup cranberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Lightly toast the bread.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on 2 of the slices.
  3. Top with cheese, turkey, lettuce, and tomatoes. Season with salt & pepper if desired.
  4. Spread remaining slices of bread with cranberry sauce and top sandwich.
  5. Cut in half and serve.
