Ultimate Totchos

Easy Ultimate Totchos with queso are the best quick Game Day snack! Crispy tater tots loaded with nacho cheese, taco meat, and your favorite nacho toppings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce homemade
  • 1 bag tater tots 32-ounce, frozen
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound ground beef 85/15, lean
  • 2 tablespoon taco seasoning , 1 packet
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup tomato diced
  • 1/4 cup jalapeno pepper sliced, pickled

Instructions

  1. Arrange a rack in the middle of the oven and heat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Place the tater tots on a rimmed baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add 1 pound lean ground beef, season with 1 tablespoon taco seasoning, and cook until cooked through and browned. Set aside.
  3. Prepare (or reheat) Nacho Cheese Sauce.
  4. Drizzle the cheese sauce over the cooked tater tots and then spoon the beef over the cheese.
  5. Top with sour cream, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños, or any other toppings you prefer.
