The holiday of love is just around the corner, and you need to try out this Valentine's day charcuterie board! It's packed with meat, cheeses and all sorts of festive red and pink fruits and candy to start the holiday off right.

Ingredients
Cheese and Meat
- 1 (5.3-ounce) package garlic and herb Boursin
- 1 wedge Wensleydale with cranberries, about 5.3 ounces
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar
- 8 ounces goat cheese, brushed with pink food coloring
- 8 ounces Italian dry salami, made into flowers
Fruit and Jam
- 1 pound fresh cherries, if available
- 1 pint blueberries
- 1 pound strawberries, cut into half
- 1 pint raspberries
- 2 pounds red grapes
- ½ cup grape jam
Candy
- 1 (8.5-ounce) bag Lindor chocolate truffles
- 1 (5-ounce) bag conversation heart candies
- 1 (12-ounce) bag cinnamon heart candies
- 1 (9.2-ounce) bag Hershey's chocolate hearts
Instructions
- Start by placing 1 (5.3-ounce) package garlic and herb Boursin, 1 wedge Wensleydale with cranberries, 8 ounces sharp cheddar, and 8 ounces goat cheese, on a heart shape charcuterie board.
- Next, add 8 ounces Italian dry Salami, I used a small cup to fold the pieces of salami around the rim and then inverted onto the board to form flowers.
- Add 1 pound fresh cherries, 1 pint blueberries, 1 pound strawberries, 1 pint raspberries, and 2 pounds red grapes to the board along with ½ cup grape jam in a small bowl.
- Fill in the empty spaces with 1 (8.5-ounce) bag Lindor chocolate truffles, 1 (5-ounce) bag conversation heart candies, 1 (12-ounce) bag cinnamon heart candies, and 1 (9.2-ounce) bag Hershey's chocolate hearts
- Add fresh roses or other fresh flowers for an extra romantic touch!
