Instructions

  1. To make a charcuterie board decide on your board/platter.
  2. Gather your ingredients for your theme. Having a variety of colors, textures, and options is great. Place your containers randomly on the board and fill them with ingredients.
  3. Place the other ingredients around on the board considering color, textures, and type of food.

To Make Dipped Strawberries:

  1. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the almond bark per package instructions. Dip the strawberries and place them on the lined baking sheet. Let the almond bark harden on the strawberries. It will harden pretty quickly at room temperature or you can place them in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to speed up the process.
  3. Melt the pink melting chips per package instructions. Place them in a small ziplock bag and snip the corner and drizzle across the strawberries (or use a spoon to drizzle).

To Make Dipped Pretzels:

  1. Dip the pretzels in the melted almond bark. Place on the parchment paper.
  2. While the almond bark is still wet sprinkle them with baking sprinkles. Let them harden and then place them on your charcuterie board.

To Make Dipped Strawberry Wafers:

  1. Dip one end of the cookie in the melted almond bark. Remove excess. Place on the parchment paper.
  2. While the almond bark is still wet sprinkle them with candy baking sprinkles.
