This Vegan Bacon Lettuce Tomato (BLT) Sandwich, made with organic, all-natural, nonGMO Sweet Earth Vegan Benevolent Bacon, is easy, delicious and healthy.

Ingredients
- 1 5.5-ounce package Sweet Earth Vegan Benevolent Bacon
- 8 lices vegan bread
- 8 lettuce leaves
- 2 small tomatoes sliced (I used sliced cherry tomatoes)
- vegan mayonnaise
Instructions
- Use an electric skillet set to 375° F., and allow the skillet to heat completely and lightly oil with cooking oil. Do not use cooking spray.
- Cook Benevolent Bacon for about 2-3 minutes per side, turning only once. While it cooks, occasionally check the underside and look for discoloration and a dryer overall appearance. The color will become a darker red and may even begin to have some dark brown/black spots or edges. Turn and repeat for the remaining side.
- While the bacon is cooking, toast the bread.
- Spread the Vegan mayonnaise on the toast and top with lettuce, tomatoes, and Sweet Earth Vegan Benevolent Bacon.
- Cover with the second piece of toast.
- Enjoy!
