Ingredients
- 2 cups carrots thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce swap for coconut aminos for keto
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tbsp maple syrup omit for keto
- ¼ tsp paprika
- ½ tbsp garlic powder
- 2-3 drops liquid smoke
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF. Grab your carrots and start thinly slicing them.
- Add sliced carrots to a mixing bowl, then add the soy sauce, olive oil, maple syrup, paprika, garlic powder, and liquid smoke. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and then place carrots on the sheet.
- Bake for 8-12 minutes, depending on how thick the carrots are.
- Let cool for about 5 minutes then enjoy!
