Vegan Cashew Cacao Bliss Balls

These Vegan Cashew Cacao Bliss Balls combine cashew nuts, dates, raw cacao, and vanilla into bite-sized treats coated with shredded coconut. They offer a chewy texture and a subtle natural sweetness enhanced by agave syrup. Prepared without baking, they chill in the fridge to firm up before serving, making them convenient snacks or energy bites.

Description

Vegan Cashew Cacao Bliss Balls are made by blending raw cashews, pitted dates, raw cacao powder, and vanilla extract until a sticky dough forms. Agave syrup is added during blending to bring additional natural sweetness. The mixture is then shaped into small balls that are rolled in unsweetened shredded coconut, which adds a gentle texture contrast and mild coconut flavor. Refrigeration helps the balls firm up for easy handling and storage.

The flavor profile balances the creamy nuttiness of cashews with the rich bitterness of cacao and the sweet chewiness of dates and agave. These no-bake treats are practical for quick energy or a light dessert that can be kept ready in the fridge for about a week. Their vegan ingredients make them suitable for plant-based diets without sacrificing satisfying taste and texture.

This recipe requires only simple blending and forming steps, making it accessible to home cooks without baking equipment or extended preparation time. The rolled coconut also helps prevent sticking and adds a pleasant lightly textured coating.
