Vegan Cheese Board

A beautiful vegan cheese board is sure to wow your guests! Endlessly customizable, add seasonal and festive touches for a vegan cheese and snack board everyone will love.Note: Use this list as a general guide. Cheeses and Crackers:

  • vegan cheese store-bought or homemade; refer to "Cheese section" above for more info, wedges, wheels or blocks
  • French-style cheese spread such as Treeline
  • vegan pimento cheese tap for the recipe
  • feta cheese tap for recipe, or vegan feta or goat cheese
  • Cracker toasted
  • pretzel
  • baguette

Other Ingredients:

  • apple toss with lemon juice to prevent browning, freshly sliced
  • pear
  • seasonal fruit
  • grapes Tip: use scissors to snip into small clusters, seedless
  • fruit compote tap for apple-cranberry recipe, or jam
  • pecans candied
  • olive or tapenade
  • vegetable such as radishes or broccoli, seasonal, cut into bite-size pieces
  • pickled vegetable
  • pickled fruit
  • mustard or relish, fancy
  • vegan meat store-bought or homemade; see Notes, such as pepperoni or deli slices

Instructions

  1. Select a wood board, platter, or serving plate that is just large enough to hold all of the ingredients. For reference, the rectangular board in the photos is 9.5 x 17 inches.
  2. If desired, place a large piece of parchment paper to protect the board from oils and moisture. Arrange the cheeses.
  3. Next, place the small bowls that will hold condiments and spreads.
  4. Arrange the fruit(s) all around the board to create visual balance. 
  5. Begin filling in gaps with small mounds of nuts and other extras. Finally, complete the cheese board with crackers and breads.
