This Vegan Green Goddess Dressing is so simple to make and packed with nutrients! You just need some fresh herbs, spinach, lemon, hemp hearts and some other pantry staples for a delicious nut free and healthy homemade dressing recipe.

Ingredients
- ½ cup hemp hearts
- ½ cup loosely packed spinach
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves a small handful
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 1 tablespoon Tahini
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon Coconut aminos
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt or to taste
- 4-6 tablespoons water to thin

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to small blender cup. Start with 4 tablespoons of water; blend until smooth.
- Taste test dressing before adding more salt or maple syrup, and more water for desired consistency.
- Enjoy on your favorite salad, as a veggie dip, or even stir in with some pasta!
Notes
- Dressing will thicken once refrigerated. Add some milk or water to thin as desired.
