Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon ground flax seeds
- 1 Tablespoon cold water
- 200 g Dairy-free margarine use the soft spread rather than the block (¾ cup + 1 tablespoon)
- 150 g caster sugar (¾ cup)
- 100 g soft light brown sugar (½ cup)
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
- 300 g self-raising flour (2+⅜ cups)
- 2 Tablespoons matcha powder
- 200 g Vegan white chocolate chunks or chips (1 cup + 2 tablespoons)
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
