VEGAN PUMPKIN PIE SMOOTHIE

This vegan pumpkin pie smoothie blends almond milk, pumpkin puree, frozen banana, and warm spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger. Sweetened naturally with maple syrup and optionally topped with vegan whipped cream and cinnamon, it offers a creamy, spiced drink capturing pumpkin pie flavors in a refreshing, dairy-free form.

Description

The VEGAN PUMPKIN PIE SMOOTHIE uses plant-based almond milk combined with organic pumpkin puree and frozen banana for creaminess and sweetness. Maple syrup adjusts the sweetness level while ground cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger provide the characteristic warming spices associated with pumpkin pie. Blended until smooth and thick, this smoothie offers a dairy-free alternative capturing the essence of the fall dessert.

The optional topping of vegan whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon adds a finishing touch but is not required. The recipe suggests using pure maple syrup over artificial syrups for the best flavor and recommends adjusting spice amounts based on personal preference, including the use of pumpkin spice blend if desired.
