Ingredients
- (2) oz packages Dandles vegan vanilla flavored marshmallows
- 6 Tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 5 cups Rice Krispies
- 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
PREP PAN:
- Butter and set aside a greased 9x13 pan.
MAKE THE TREATS:
- Add the coconut oil and peanut butter to a deep sauce pot and melt at medium-high temp.
- Once the oil and peanut butter has melted, add the marshmallows and stir until melted (when melted, it will be lumpy).
- Remove the pot from the stove, add vanilla, and stir until combined.
- Add in the Rice Krispies and stir until combined.
- Spoon the mixture into the 9x13 dish in an even layer.
- Cool for 30 minutes before serving.
