  • 1/2 cup spinach 15g), packed, then very finely chopped, fresh leaves
  • 2 tbsp dried onion flakes
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp thyme dried
  • 1/2 tsp basil dried
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 1/3 cup buttermilk (76g), or up to 1/2 cup to thin as needed.

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients together until smooth. 
  2. Refrigerate until ready to serve--up to 4 days. Serve cold with raw veggies.
