  • 2 packages crescent rolls (the kind in a tube)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese Greek style
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup carrot shredded
  • 1/2 cup broccoli finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup red pepper finely chopped
  • 1/2. cup cucumber chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375-degrees. Spread crescent rolls out on a baking/cookie sheet. Press edges together to form a crust-- you don't want any holes.
  2. Bake for about 11 minutes or until crust turns golden-brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
  3. Combine cream cheese and ranch dressing until smooth and spread evenly with a rubber spatula over the crust.
  4. Top crust evenly with veggies, lightly pressing them down to they don't fall off when you cut them up.
  5. Cut evenly into squares and serve! Makes appx. 24 squares.

  • Crescent roll dough should be pressed well to avoid holes and create a uniform crust.
